Although I never had any specific urge to go back to India and search for my roots, my husband wanted to commemorate the fact that I had been so lucky to have been raised the first years of my life at the orphanage run by the Sisters of Nazareth Home Science College Angamalys in Kerala India.

 

So he decided to ask our numerous friends, relatives and colleagues if they could help in financing some specific needs of the orphanage.

 

The reactions were overwhelming. So to allow all of them to have an insight in this project and to follow up the different milestones this blog has been created.

 

So thank you to all of you for remembering me as I was a sunshine in all of your lives.
